It is located right in the heart of Barcelona, an area called Eixample, which differs with its sophisticated traditional Spanish architecture. Just 2 MINUTES WALK from PASSEIG de GRÀCIA high street of Barcelona.There is an air conditioner in every room and a balcony connected to the living room. The apartment features 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large salon equipped with a 75-inch TV and a balcony with street views. The apartment in whole is ideal for guests to enjoy their stay in Barcelona.We are always happy to provide our guests with any information that they might need. Furthermore, we can arrange a private transfer from the airport to the apartment. Keep in mind that private transfer is not part of the rental price and is subject to availability. The apartment is located just 2 blocks from the famous Passeig de Gràcia. There are a lot of sightseeing places and attractions within easy walking distance.Late check-in after 8 pm has 20 euros extra charge, and check-in after 11 pm has 40 euros extra charge.It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment! In case we find any evidence that guests have smoked (smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), the fine of 200 euros will be claimed straight away, even after check-out!
In case the key is lost, there is an extra charge of 50 euros.
Please note, that it is ABSOLUTELY COMPULSORY to present your passport or ID card for EACH guest during the check-in, since the Spanish legislation obliges us to register each and every guest we are hosting in our apartments. Thank you for your cooperation.
